Overview
This document outlines the functionality and configuration of email reports within the MomentScience platform. Email reports provide publishers with essential performance insights through automated emails, offering a concise summary of key metrics.
Email Reports Types
Daily Email Reports
Daily Email Reports offer a snapshot of your account performance each day. Each report includes the following metrics:
Revenue: The total revenue payable to all Publisher accounts through customer engagement with MomentScience Offers, excluding any accrued commissions.
Impressions: Represents an instance of a MomentScience experience.
Clicks: A click is recorded each time a customer interacts with a positive CTA label (which can be a button or image).
﻿Click-Through Rate (CTR): Calculated as the number of clicks divided by the number of impressions.﻿
﻿Revenue Per Mille (RPM): Measures the revenue generated by MomentScience per 1,000 impressions. RPM is calculated using the formula = (Revenue / Impressions) x 1000. 
Report Breakdown
Perkswall Report: Metrics specifically related to the Perkswall.
Moments Report: Metrics related to Moments.
Overall Report: Combined metrics for both Perkswall and Moments.
The Perkswall report will be included only if the Perkswall feature is enabled on your account.

Delivery Timing: Daily Email Reports are sent at midnight (00:00 CT Timezone). You can configure multiple email addresses to receive these reports. 
Weekly Email Reports
Weekly Email Reports summarize performance metrics over the course of a week, providing detailed daily insights along with an overall performance summary for both Perkswall and Moments. The included metrics are:
Revenue: The total revenue payable to all Publisher accounts through customer engagement with MomentScience Offers, excluding any accrued commissions.
﻿Impressions: Represents an instance of a MomentScience experience.
Clicks: A click is recorded each time a customer interacts with a positive CTA label (which can be a button or image).
﻿Click-Through Rate (CTR): Calculated as the number of clicks divided by the number of impressions.﻿

Delivery Timing: You can configure the day and time for receiving the reports and set up multiple email addresses to receive them.
Prerequisites
To activate Email Reports for your account, please contact your account manager. This feature needs to be enabled before you can access it.
Accessing Email Reports
To manage and configure your email reports, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Configuration Page:
Click on "Settings" from the right sidebar of the dashboard.
Select "Configuration" from the dropdown menu.
Locate the Reports Section:
Scroll down until you reach the "Reports" section.
Click on "Reports" to expand the options available.
Select Email Reports:
You will see options for Weekly Reports and Email Reports.

Enabling Daily Email Report
To enable Daily Email Reports, follow these steps:
Toggle the Daily Email Report:
Click the "Enable Daily Email Report" button to activate the feature.
Configure Recipient Emails:
Enter the email addresses that will receive the daily reports.
You can add multiple emails, separating them with commas.
Delivery Timing:
Daily email reports will be sent at midnight (00:00 CT Timezone) once enabled.
Enabling Weekly Email Report
To enable Weekly Email Reports, follow these steps:
Toggle the Weekly Email Report:
Click the "Enable Weekly Email Report" button to activate the feature.
Configure Recipient Emails:
Enter the email addresses that will receive the weekly reports.
You can add multiple emails, separating them with commas.
Delivery Timing:
Weekly email reports will be sent at midnight (00:00 CT Timezone) once enabled.
You can also configure the day and time for receiving these reports.
