Overview
The Advanced settings section covers features that give you deeper control over offer delivery, data flows, personalization, attribution, and loyalty rewards.
They are optional but highly recommended if you need to:
- Organize offer delivery across different pages and surfaces in your integration
- Control which offers appear at each position in a Moments response
- Create and manage your own first-party or direct-partner offers
- Personalize creatives with customer information
- Deliver context-aware targeting
- Attribute revenue and conversions to your systems
- Reward users with loyalty currency in real time
How The Features Work Together
Offer Delivery Control
- Placements: Map distinct pages or surfaces in your integration to named placement configurations in the dashboard.
- Sequence Rules: Define whitelist and blacklist rules per placement to control which offers appear at each position in a Moments response.
- Offer Tags: Assign short labels to offers so sequence rules can filter and prioritize them by tag.
Personalization and Attribution Pipeline
- Payloads: Pass customer and order attributes into MomentScience.
- Macros: Payload values are dynamically inserted into creatives for personalization.
- Postbacks: Conversion events are sent back to your systems, with payload values included.
- LoyaltyBoost: Postbacks also drive real-time loyalty rewards for qualifying offers.
Together, these features let you control what offers appear where, personalize them for each user, and maintain accurate attribution and data synchronization across your systems.
