Manage Configurations
The MomentScience Configuration Page provides an intuitive interface to manage your account settings and customize the platformโs behavior and appearanceโno need to edit your codebase manually. You can tailor MomentScience to fit your unique needs with just a few clicks.
To access the Configuration Page:
- From the Dashboard Sidebar:
- Navigate to the Settings tab in the right sidebar.
- Select Configuration from the menu.
- Direct Link:
Upload your brandโs logo to personalize the Perkswall interface. This logo will be displayed exclusively on Perkswall, reflecting your brand identity.
Test Mode allows you to safely test MomentScience on your site or app without affecting impression counts, clicks, or conversions for live offers. This mode is designed for testing purposes only and ensures that any test activities do not impact your live campaign metrics.
When Test Mode is enabled:
- Sessions Impression are still recorded, but Offers Impression are not. This means sessions are tracked, but offer impressions (the pixel URL) are replaced in test mode to prevent offer tracking.
- Clicks are not tracked. Instead, the tracking URL redirects to the MomentScience website rather than the offer's website.
- Geo-filtering is skipped. However, platform and device filters still apply in test mode to simulate real-user environments.
This mode is useful for running tests without skewing performance data, and you can verify Offer placements, session tracking, and device compatibility before going live.
- Default Value: Disabled
This setting controls whether offers are served on your site or app. Disabling this option stops the Offer-serving process entirely:
- For the Moments API, the API call will not return any offers.
- For the Moments SDK, no offers will be triggered since none are available.
- For PerksWall, a blank space will be displayed in place of the offers.
This allows you to easily manage offers serving without having to remove the SDK or integration.
- Default Value: Enabled
Select the number of offers (between 1 and 5) to be returned by the Moments SDK/API. Example: Setting this to 5 displays up to 5 offers. If fewer than 5 offers are available, only the available offers will be returned.
- Default Value: 4
This feature adds a shimmer animation to the positive Call-to-Action (CTA) button, making it more visible. Available in the Moments JS SDK for both Multi-Offer Unit (MOU) and Single-Offer Unit (SOU).
This feature triggers the offer Unit when a user attempts to exit or close a page, detecting the intent based on their mouse movement. It is designed to capture user attention at the critical moment just before they leave the page.
Available for Desktop via the Moments JS SDK, supporting both embedded and modal units. The offer unit is displayed only when the user moves their mouse toward the active viewing area of the browser screen, as demonstrated in the gif below.
When enabled, users can dismiss the offer by clicking anywhere outside the offer unit. If this feature is disabled, the offer will remain open even if the user clicks outside the offer area. This option is available exclusively for Desktop Web environments.
If the Delay Close Offer Unit feature is enabled, users will not be able to close the offer by clicking outside the offer unit until the (X) button appears. This ensures that the offer remains visible for a set period before it can be dismissed.
Set the percentage of Offers delivered across different platforms (desktop, mobile, and tablet). Adjust the frequency from 0% to 100% for each platform, affecting Perkswall and the Moments JS SDK.
Example: You might set Offers to display 25% of the time on desktop, 50% on mobile, and 0% on tablets.
Enter the URL for your privacy policy. This link will appear in the footer of the MomentScience Offer unit. If left blank, no Privacy Policy link will be shown.
Specify the URL to receive real-time notifications of conversion events via POST/GET requests.

To test your postback integration, click the "Test Postback" button. This will send a dummy postback to the URL you provided, allowing you to verify that youโre receiving postbacks correctly.
Specify the URL to which users will be directed when they click on your logo in Perkswall. This allows you to link your logo to your website or any other relevant webpage.
These settings allow you to define the currency and multiplier for loyalty rewards.

Specify the plural form of the currency name.
