Save for Later now works on Custom Offer Unit (COU) themes, in both modal and embed placements. Add data-ms-action="save-for-later" to any element in your template and it'll pick up your configured PerksWallet CTA and Saved Offer Text automatically. Requires PerksWallet to be enabled for your account. Available only to partners with Custom Offer Unit (COU) enabled, to get access reach out to your account manager.

Placements now support Custom Attributes. Turn on the Custom Attribute toggle for a placement in Manage Placements and it'll match by value against any key in your Moments payload, not just placement, so you can serve a tailored theme and sequence rule for a segment like loyalty tier without a separate placement for each one. Custom Attribute matches take precedence over standard placement matches. Requires Placements to already be enabled on your account.

Save and Save As on the Integration page now explain why they're disabled when you hover over them, so you no longer have to guess what's blocking a save.

New Sub-Accounts page: Partners with sub-accounts can now view Demand and Direct offer performance broken down by parent account and each sub-account, Find it under Account > Sub-Accounts.

Custom Offer Unit arrows now hide automatically when there's nowhere to go (single offer, or first/last in a sequence). Want looping instead? Add data-ms-loop="true" per instance. Nothing changes if you don't opt in.  Available only to partners with Custom Offer Unit (COU) enabled, to get access reach out to your account manager.

You can now manage delivery for your Direct Offers yourself, no more waiting on us. Head to an offer's 3-dot menu, hit Manage > Delivery, and set Caps, Schedule, and Pacing per account in a couple clicks. Available only to partners with Partner Offer enabled, to get access reach out to your account manager.

Fixed a bug where the 'Preview Perkswall' option was missing from the Behavior settings page for some accounts and sub-accounts with Perkswall enabled. It's back and visible as expected.

COU offers now auto A/B test Campaign Images. Offers with 2+ uploaded images got an even, random rotation per session, no setup needed. Single or no image? No change.

Partners can now configure the Offer Unit to auto-close after a set time (1–60 minutes). Off by default. Find it in Theme Settings under Integration > MomentPerks, alongside the other close controls.

Guided tours are now available across the Partner Dashboard. Click 'Take a tour' from any Partner Dashboard page for a 10-step walkthrough of key areas.

Partner Dashboard terminology refresh: 'Network' renamed to 'Demand' across sidebar, page titles, and offer tabs.

New on Perkswall Integration Page: there's now an 8-step guided tour on the Perkswall page. Start it from 'Tour this page' to walk through theme management, featured offers, ordering, and embedding.

Video creative support on Manage Creatives: Upload MP4, MOV, WebM, and AVI videos alongside static assets. View video preview, type, and resolution in the creatives table.

Sub-Accounts page filters are now URL-shareable: Generate deep links to pre-filtered sub-account performance views and share them with your team for faster collaboration.

Partners can now manage offer tags directly from the Dashboard. These tags control delivery sequencing on MomentPerks and Perkswall.

Perkswall B2B is now available, Partners can embed a branded offer gallery directly in their platform using a self-serve embed snippet available on their Integrations page.

Placements and Themes are now available as standard columns in the Dashboard Custom Reports. Select them directly from the column picker without manually adding them as custom attributes.

The Offers page action menu has been reorganised into labelled sections (Actions, Manage, Reports & Logs, Links & Offer Data) for easier navigation.

April 2026

Placements is now available under Tools. Assign specific MomentPerks Themes and sequence rules to any page or surface in your integration: homepage, checkout, mobile app, and more. Each placement has its own theme delivery weights and sequence rule logic, so you control exactly which offer appears where.

The unit-level metric on the Network tab has been renamed from 'Impressions' to 'Views'. A View represents one MomentScience Offer Unit load.

A new 'Impressions' metric is now available, tracking offer-level impressions. It appears as a tile on the Network tab and as a column in the campaign table.

CTR is now calculated as Clicks ÷ Impressions (offer-level) across the Network, Direct, and Campaign Details pages.

An 'Impressions per View' tile and graph metric has been added to the Network tab. Tooltips for Views, RPM, and CTR are now consistent across the Network, Direct, and Campaign Details pages.

Perkswall now supports Conditional Macros. Headlines, descriptions, and CTA text can change dynamically based on whether specific macros are provided at render time.

Perkswall now renders bullet points in offer descriptions. Bullet-formatted content displays correctly on both offer tiles and intermediate modals.

The MomentPerks Web SDK now supports Conditional Macros. The SDK can render different headlines, descriptions, and CTA content based on whether expected macros are passed.

The MomentPerks Web SDK modal is now rendered inside a Shadow DOM. This prevents host page styles from affecting SDK appearance and isolates the SDK from external scripts.
